2. Develop a statement of commitment as a church on support and solidarity calling for justice for Daniel Prude.

3. Create a racial justice learning page for parishioner and staff with video, books, documents for reflection and prayers.

4. Ongoing learning will help us talk about racism from an informed place and not just a place of opinion. Create a Teach in series for staff and the parish. Bring in speakers who we can video tape and create a series of zoom offerings to discuss. Starting with the people’s demands of Justice for Daniel Prude and why they are important.

5. Racial Justice training for staff and visioning board

6. Take up structural work integration ( looking at policies and practices to make sure they are equitable and racially just).

7. Create a conversation with parish law enforcement officers, business owners, and system design folks within the parish.

8. Create a volunteer list of how people can help in the movement toward justice. Letter writing group, phone banks, protest opportunities, media team, justice hospitality team, justice prayer teams, building hospitality to protestors, Schedule meetings with decision makers, prayer teams, and advocacy team to meet with decision makers.

9. Review and update 20 year plan to become a racial justice parish.
